What is an architect in the banking system? Can a lady as young as 30 something be a senior architect? What is she architecting? And how did she acquired the seniority? No wonder the banking system in the US is crushing down!

Who will follow her advice in architecting? Give me a break! An architect requires many years in making–she/he has to be in the trench for at least 10 years, then in a lead position for another 5 to 10 years. Age does speak louder for an architect, at least she/he has accumulated enough failures to avoid doing stupid things, saying stupid bullshit.
