小时侯,我很喜欢玩单杠;十几岁时,20个引体向上小菜一碟。 但读研时,体重增加,勉强3个就不行了。 2008年我买了个单杠双杠组合,开始猛练起来。 我又回到了十几岁的时光。 力量训练,老少皆宜。研究表明,80岁开始也可以,而且好处多多。 中国人对老年力量训练有很多谬误,好像老年人只有束手待“杖”, 无能为力。 大错特错也! 我从44岁起开始力量训练,力量一再增强。 不管你多大,如果没有大的疾病,你会受益于力量训练的。

8英里
二00九六月六日,我跑征服我人生的又一个新的远程:8英里,合12.8公里,向半程马拉松又走进一步。全程共用了1小时20分钟。 这个星期开始的时候颇感疲惫,应该是因为上个星期跑的多了点,23.5英里。 为了能跑下周六的8英里,我周五9点钟早早地歇息了。 前面6英里比较轻松;但是,后2英里双腿越跑越沉重,加上最后一段的上坡,跑的就像蜗牛在爬, 腿好像快支持不了自己的体重了。 还好咬一咬牙还是坚持了下来。 我期待着几周后跑下我的第一个半程马拉松。 下周六向9英里冲击!
