About Chinese Managers ZT
当然,文化这个概念比较抽象、比较复杂,是一个综合体,上过大学并不一定代表就是有文化。 谈到文化问题,我觉得中国企业家不乏创业精神,却亟需守业能力。中国企业家大多数都是创业者,他们对市场机会的敏锐和对各种资源的有效利用,给他们带来了创业的成功。可是打江山与坐江山是有本质区别的,打江山的利器很可能成为坐江山的隐患。 比如,创业成功之后,创业者还是习惯于将目光更多投向外部,找市场,谋关系,但却很少关注企业内部的管理,或者自身缺乏能力建立科学严谨的管理体系。再比 如,创业者往往对高风险高收益有着一种特殊的狂热,却不懂得如何在守业时有效平衡风险与收益。因此,自古就有“富不过三代”的说法,而在当今快速竞争中, 创业者的大起大落,更是屡见不鲜。象张瑞敏、王石这样守业有成的创业者,实属天才。 与此同时,中国职业经理人群体始终羸弱。造成这种状况,是企业所有者与职业经理人恶性互动的结果: 一方面,企业所有者对职业经理人存在天然的戒备心理,却没有科学有效的手段对公司业绩进行监控与评估。同时,对职业经理人的激励机制也不健全。其结果是,职业经理人要么处处制肘、举步维艰,要么因自身价值未获得公平认可而心灰意冷,要么成为企业所有者错误决定的替罪羊。 另一方面,中国职业经理人总体上缺乏足够的职业化精神,大部分人都不甘于给别人打工,都有自己创业的梦想,因此总是心有旁羁,甚至缺乏基本职业操守,吃里扒外。同时,整个群体的专业化水平也普遍较低,大多数人都还是停留在经验型管理的层面上,也导致了较高的失败率。 谈到这里,又要回到文化层面上。中国目前完全是以创业文化为主导的,这固然与目前的发展阶段相一致,可是如果不着力倡导与滋养守业文化,我们很可能狗熊掰棒子的境地——没有积累的创建也是一种浪费,是与可持续性发展背道而驰。 希望以后在媒体中看到的,不仅仅是张瑞敏和王石,而是更多的杨绵绵和郁亮。
