当然，文化这个概念比较抽象、比较复杂，是一个综合体，上过大学并不一定代表就是有文化。 谈到文化问题，我觉得中国企业家不乏创业精神，却亟需守业能力。中国企业家大多数都是创业者，他们对市场机会的敏锐和对各种资源的有效利用，给他们带来了创业的成功。可是打江山与坐江山是有本质区别的，打江山的利器很可能成为坐江山的隐患。 比如，创业成功之后，创业者还是习惯于将目光更多投向外部，找市场，谋关系，但却很少关注企业内部的管理，或者自身缺乏能力建立科学严谨的管理体系。再比 如，创业者往往对高风险高收益有着一种特殊的狂热，却不懂得如何在守业时有效平衡风险与收益。因此，自古就有“富不过三代”的说法，而在当今快速竞争中， 创业者的大起大落，更是屡见不鲜。象张瑞敏、王石这样守业有成的创业者，实属天才。 与此同时，中国职业经理人群体始终羸弱。造成这种状况，是企业所有者与职业经理人恶性互动的结果： 一方面，企业所有者对职业经理人存在天然的戒备心理，却没有科学有效的手段对公司业绩进行监控与评估。同时，对职业经理人的激励机制也不健全。其结果是，职业经理人要么处处制肘、举步维艰，要么因自身价值未获得公平认可而心灰意冷，要么成为企业所有者错误决定的替罪羊。 另一方面，中国职业经理人总体上缺乏足够的职业化精神，大部分人都不甘于给别人打工，都有自己创业的梦想，因此总是心有旁羁，甚至缺乏基本职业操守，吃里扒外。同时，整个群体的专业化水平也普遍较低，大多数人都还是停留在经验型管理的层面上，也导致了较高的失败率。 谈到这里，又要回到文化层面上。中国目前完全是以创业文化为主导的，这固然与目前的发展阶段相一致，可是如果不着力倡导与滋养守业文化，我们很可能狗熊掰棒子的境地——没有积累的创建也是一种浪费，是与可持续性发展背道而驰。 希望以后在媒体中看到的，不仅仅是张瑞敏和王石，而是更多的杨绵绵和郁亮。
